So I was wondering if there are people who are new to being emo. Like, people who just found out or realised that they are emo. Is there such a thing? please don't hate me for this stupid question.

I would say yes. Everyone is looking for something to identify with, so ya you could wake up one day and hear about the emo scene, learn about it, then be like "Holy **** this is me!!!!" Sort of what happened to me back in the day.
