Urges to cut...smoke...and other things...I don't know what I should do other than that....

If you ever have urges to cut you should probably do the steps listed in this website: "http://www.thehopeline.com/resisting-the-urge-to-cut/" It's a real help and good ideas. Please to check it out and stay away from things that will cause you harm.

I'd say if there bad smoke as that's a less impactful thing then cutting ect but that's my opinion

The thing is my boyfriend would get upset about it...he's already stated if I smoke he's going to get high...and...he'd been kinda addicted to it...and I don't want that again...
