I been thinking over the last few hours, I really miss 2005-2012. That was the best time for emo and scene, I wish I could go back, I'm 26 now and all the emo people in my country have either moved on to being hipsters or just got out of the phase, and the new emo's are too young for me to hang with. I don't know why but lately I feel out of touch with myself, I want to have my long hair back, black fringe and multiple colors, but since I have to get a job and actually keep it, I have to have what I like to call, "normie hair" which is frustrating, emo/scene is who I am, still am, and probably will be for many years to come. I just want to go back <_< Anyone else feel this way?

I feel you. Personally, I don't have the typical emo style sense, I have my own style for it, most people I know have/are slowly dropping off into some form of emo hipster. And it's not a good look at all.
