I just got a new notebook as a gift that I want to turn into a journal. I don’t know what to write in it, though. Can you guys give me some ideas?

Use it as a daily diary, write how you felt and what you did in the day at night or at least before you sleep.

You could look up “journal prompts” online and give yourself some thoughtful questions to answer :)

No no no, you are overthinking it. The whole point of people having a journal is to not give a shit. Write about how you took a massive dump. Also how good it felt. That way when someone decides to read it, they will think twice about it.

write down your goals! put stickers next to them when you get them done! also before you go to bed write down everything that's on your mind and it will help you sleep better.
