I would love to do this of course but you should also consider that houses are very expensive, so i don't think that i will be able to do this

It is but I believe it's more beneficial to buy an old house and then renovate it. It's usually cheaper. I did it actually some time ago.  The hardest thing was the kitchen renovation. Luckily Moderntiling helped me with tiling (obviously). Thankfully, plumbing and furniture were in a decent state.
