i think the term 'pop punk' is very wide though, we could say we're alternative, or scene, or emo, as long as you have some kind of stylistic feature then you're ok.

Yeah i thought so lol. Yeah i hate when people just assume pop punk its just Green Day and Blink, i love Four Year Strong as well so its definitely a newer sound.

oh right cool yeah i like those bands but we are a kinda new pop punk, like All Time Low, Paramore, etc. Green Day are from Oakland right? And aren't Blink from San Diego?
