5 hours behind us then lol. I had classes 9-11, 11-1, 1:30-3:30 and 3:45-5:45pm when i went to ACM! x

yeah you get them if you exercise without the food being digested properly, so always leave 2-4 hours. Yeah it happens, esp in this industry everyone's usually skinny and wears lots of black lol x

its alright where i am cos its on the border of the crime area. I do it after my last meal cos i burn off the carbs i ate otherwise it gets stored as body fat! x

i was a bit skeptical of doing it cos there's loads of yobs and gangs out there but if i ignore them or choose the well lit places i should be ok x
