Continuous Poem Nov 23 2008, 10:39 AM

Anyone bothered about making a poem between all of us? You know I post a line, then someone else etc. I'm not too bothered about the structure as long as the last word rhymes. "Footsteps crunch in the soft snow"

The blade of shining light
It glistens in the night
A blade that will bring forth new light
Like this blade i hold my true love thight

Knowing myself, is such a task,
It's more challenging behind a mask.
What I do know is that they're for me,
In their eyes I'd be lost for infinity.

I used to be her infinity
But now I'm just the minority
How could this happen to me?
Why wont loneliness leave me be?

only pains to make more dead Suicidal thoughts inside ones head Thoughts that don't solve a thing but only trouble do they bring Its better to hold up your head Be strong and live instead For the patient gain more than the hard headed Open your eyes and see the light Maybe you will find that love is in sight Maybe if you had just waited one more night..

waiting, hoping, wishing this is not a fairy tell that will be saved with kissing. my life is pointless and not worth livng, my last breaths, to him i'm giving. pointless love and meaningless longing, razors cant kill the pain, that i am holding. i cry to sleep and wake hoping i'm dead, the pain is so deep i'm surprised my soul hasn't bled. it will be over soon, i will make sure, only his words, his heart will be the cure.

i keep waiting procrastinating wishing you could see me for who i am not what you want me to be and sometimes i like to dress up and pretend that i'm pretty but then ill catch sight of myself in the mirror and my smile slips, my hands fall to my sides, i slip down the wall and sit there and cry cause it was all in my mind

The mind can be tricky at times It's like an abridged confusion of space and time Only thing time isn't on my side Not at all, time is just the prolonging of suffering I wish i could take away all my time Just cock up and die, with no one by my side Just like I've always lived my my life

I won't run away anymore Got tired of lying to myself got tired of sitting in the dark corner just like a shelf I want to scream out I want to be free… Made my heart into a stone Dried all my tears hard just like a bone i cover my ears To scream out I want to be free… Seasons are changing Days and nights are taking turns But my life keeps going down to the bottom now my heart aches and burns I want to scream out I want to be free… Lost in the darkness and sorrow will I ever see daylight again? Will the sun rise tomorrow? or is it going to rain? sobbing and crying I sit under a tree hopeless, I wonder will I ever be free?

My freedom is a state of mind I am constricted by my darkest fears, by the thought of losing the one most dear Every aching hour my metal death draws nearer I see that i am breaking down when i stare into the mirror I try to smile the mirror breaks revealing my truly sad face

Art of love can fade away It's beauty evident but it won't always stay Few find art like Michelangelo preserved and admired even envied I wish that one day i can paint my own picture too A picture holding hands with someone whose love is true
