simply put... which is your favorite? what's your favorite band from this genre? ill start

i rly dont know but id have to go with screamo. its a hard decision......

Gonna have to go with screamo. I don't really have a favourite band, each ones pretty diffren.t Bmth are pretty cool though

I couldn't really pick one. Screamo is a sub genre of emo and they often get mixed up so it can be confusing.
However, some days I prefer softer 'emo' music and other days harsher 'screamo' music...

Yeah I am definitely gonna stare at the line between the two here and wait to see if it becomes any less blurred.. If we are talking old skool emo and old skool screamo then I would go with emo.. But if we are talking today's emo and today's screamo which are both basically softer or harder versions of post-hardcore.. I would go with screamo.. as in blessthefall or alesana..

it depends on which day i listen to it

on aa 'okay' day, i prefer emo

on a bad day, i prefer screamo or even hard rock or metal

just depends on my mood

thats really hard to answer, both are pretty similar and depends what mood im in so emmm im going to say both :D

fav bands emmm prob alesana and err remind me of emo and screamo bands? lol

There seem to be a lot of so-called talentless screamo bands that you just cannot connect with...

some other good screamo bands are See You Next Tuesday, Oceana, Oceano (one's from florida, that's oceana, other one's from indiana), Devil Wears Prada, Underoath (some not all), Saosin (only one album), and From First to Last. those are some REAL screamo bands. i cant think of very many fake screamo stuff because i dont pay attention to it... still though, gotta give 'em props for trying.

i rahter like emo i not keen on scremo cos i like to listen to lyrics and well some times i cant understand them

but i do like some screamo i dont know the names tho is just waht my mates play!!!

not exactly albums just songs... the website i listen to music on (listen.grooveshark.com) is a bit weird. its what people put on there. and some of the songs are just differently named. but the Saosin EP is a bit screamo-ish... has more punk i think.

It depends what my mood is...but i mostly like screamo. my fav band? um...idk but eyes set to kill is really good. i like escape the fate 2

eyes set to kill is a very good band... escape the fate is (i may get booted for this... lol), im sry not exactly what youd call my cup o' tea. not a big fan of  'em. granted though, there are a few good songs.

im gonna have to say emo cause i love songs like 'forever' by papa roach and 'dead memories' by slipknot....
