How many hours sleep on average do you get each day? As a lot of you can probably tell I don't get much most days..

I usually get the recommended amount, but now and then I dont get enough. I went a whole weekend, 30+ some hours, on 2 hours of sleep... er maybe it was 6, Idk but holy crap. Lol. I was so happy to finally sleep! :D

Maybe not but such little sleep could cause health problems later in life.

My sleep hours vary from 4 to 6. I really hate to sleep sometimes when I get dreams about my late grandmother. :(

I love to sleep/dream. I get around 6-8 hours ever night.

that depends on how i am feeling.. it can be all from 2-3 hours to 7 hours -_-"

They say that, on average, people should get eight to nine hours of sleep everyday. Even a nap in the middle of the day is considered healthy! I usually get around five to eight hours of sleep. Although, if I'm having a bad day, I get around four hours of sleep.

During school= 5-6 Hours. Weekends= 10-12. Around finals= Sleep? Hahaha, what does that mean?
