So I've tryed the usual hot bath, warm drink, reading before bed thing, but I still have so much trouble sleeping. I'm just wondering if you know any ways that may help, without having to take pills or whatever, because I am so fed up of feeling tired all the time.

my judo teacher said that relaxing every body part helps alot (not as simple as it sounds) lay on ur back and start from toes up. start section by section feet, thighs etc the hardest part is the face cuz ppls are not aware of using muscles in the face. relax the eyes so that everything is blurry (eyes are closed), relax the jaw so that the teeth are not touching. and try and relax the facial muscles so there is no expression on ur face. not sure if it helps but its just a way to keep u relaxed

Not some of my better advice I've given on here but a couple of alcoholic drinks help me sleep (not too many though)

I have a sleep disorder where I can go really long periods of time with no sleep. Longest was 4 days. If I really need my sleep for whatever reason, I smoke i little bit too much pot. (I'm not suggesting that you try it, it's a silly thing to do, stay as far away from it as you can!)

Deceit...try to sleep with headphones ...and some relaxing emo music close your eyes and fall Asleep...:)

i went through this but on a tape of a story,i idid stephen king hearts of atlatis and i swear by it you will fall asleep in no time!!!!

try to hit the wall... or try a loud rock heavy sounds then scream, jump, roll over, play dead... oh am i crazY? cuz i really did does things... and it was fun!! maybe u shouldn't listen to me....? i have insomnia also anemic since when i was 8? (something like that) u can see it at my pixx i have does big crazy eyebags!!! sometimes it frustrates me!!!

I got told the other day that I always look tired in my pictures and totally dead in person... >.< I too have bags under my eyes. xD I'm working through peoples suggestions to see what works. Haa. What a great life I lead! >.<

u seems beutiful in your photos to my opinion! u rox! ^-^ i didnt saw any eye bags either! - its just an illusion! -.- and you dont have a dead personality! - u seems Alive and curios! like a little Child girl from a scare movie or horror! but the star (leading- actress - position is yours! <3

Probably been said before but exercise is good to help you sleep. The worse advice I have seen on another forum was to stay on the computer until your eyes sting!

haha the staying on the computer till your eyes sting doesn't work! x) I'm gonna start going out for a walk or something before I go to sleep... just skared i get knifed or attacked in some way lmao. x)
