okay so i was listening to my ipod ins chool and i was listening to my chemical romance. My mate came up to me and listened to the other ear phone took it out and called me an emo. perosnally i dont think mcr are emo. well all artists are emo's otherwise music would be shocking. But i mean as in the way they look. and classed as an emo band. but yeah. i dont think they are an emo band. do you guys? thanks xoxo

i dont think they are anymore :P they did look emo when they recorded the black parade.

Stereotypes exist. People moan about them. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion though. This is a very old debate but I say MCR could be classed as 'emo' when they did their first couple of albums.
