Lately for the past like month.. all i've been every single day is depressed and it sucks because i know its getting in the way of so much things in life.. there are times when i just smile and laugh but then either theyre just fake or they go away just as quickly as they come. everyday i get more and more depressed and honestly it might sound dumb and pointless but i actually cry every single night because i've been thinking about all the things that have been making me feel like this.. help??

You should really get help might seem scary but you dont want this to carry on for the rest if your life. It might just be a teenage 'phase' but it might not be open up and talk to someone you trust or drop me or anyone else a line Chin up chick ^^

maybe you should write down all the things (big or little) that are making you feel this way... and then write things which you can do to fix them or make them better. its better to work at one thing at a time then all at once. :) hope things get better for you, its nice being in a dark place all the time :( xx
