I recently started spending more time with my cuzin and her friends who are all chavs, I'v also started dressing in the same style of clothing as her, going out with her to places and on the streets and staying out til late at night.. I think i'm turning into a chav like her, but i stil do alot of emo stuff too, what do you think, what should i do?? Please help!!

I don't like that word, kinda snobby, everyones kind of chavvy sometimes. :D So yah I kinda agree with the post above, just do whatever you want and are comfortable with, I mean, if some of the hardcore stuff you might be thinking of like throwing stones at toddlers and lighting fireworks up your ass still doesn't seem like a good idea to you, chances are its not gonna happen, you sound pretty determined not to let yourself go there. xD

Tbh, you're dressing like her because you obviously like her (and I'm guessing her friends too?), and you want to feel closer to them and feel like you're a part of them (yeahh, I've learnt about this in psychology XD). The question is, do you feel comfortable dressing and doing what you do? If you do, then continue. If you don't, then don't. :)

D: i wouldn't know, we don't have chavs here! Just preps and "gangsters" I guess those would be the equivalent to chavs? I don't really know, that's just my impression on "chav" Alright well sorry for the pointless post... :/
