Evanescence will be back!! Apr 16 2011, 07:21 AM

I have posted a few topics in the past about the return of Amy Lee and Evanescence. Spin magazine recently interviewed Amy Lee again and state: "The key word for goth-pop outfit Evanescence's long-awaited comeback album, due this fall, is a bit unexpected. It's not "angsty" or "ominous" or "heavy."" I admit this does put me off a bit as I loved their old sound, but I welcome change and have faith in Amy Lee and co. Please don't disappoint! I miss this: Evanescence were one of the bands that got me into alternative music.

That's good news!! I know that there have been some tracks that have not been on albums here in the UK. If you Google search "Evanescence lyrics" and copy and paste the track to YouTube you can listen to them.

Oooooh, I can't wait for it! :D I hope they haven't changed too much though, I do love their sound exactly how it is. But then having said that, the feel of an album can be different but the sound still be the same. For instance, I'm a big fan of Three Days Grace, and their sound across their 3 albums is fairly similar, but the feel of each one is different.

Yes yes yes! (Ev. Fan screaming then faints) :P LOL! I always see this news around the websites I'm in, especially on Ev. Forum where I am a member. I missed them. They've been so silent for the past few years and now THEY'RE BACK! <3 wooh! *whispers* Amy's hair is back too! :P a bit. xD
