Anxiety is gripping my brain Pressure in my head; I'm frantic again Every sound is magnified Feel like I'll explode; I shut tight my eyes I'm starting to get used to this A downward spiral; it never ends Hiding in my room again I get so reclusive; Refuse to talk 'til it's tamed Stumped as to why it came Why am I frantic? So sick of this game.
