I'm a 14 year old girl who's raised in a very strict/ old school home and, I'm pregnant... I just found out and I have no idea what I'm going to do. My dad is not the nicest person... on more than one account he's broken a few of my bones. I can't tell my parents, and my sisters live over 4 hours away... I'm scared out of my mind. Plus, I'm not the healthiest person out there. I've been in and out of the hospital for the past 5 months, I'm still getting over my previous surgery (ironically enough, it was on my ovaries). :'C I truly have no idea what to do...

It sounds like you shouldn't be in this home. I'd speak with Planned Parenthood or some other organization and seek assistance. I know it can be difficult to ask for help but that's the best solution I can think of so you do what you choose with the child.

I dont want you to take this the wrong way but you have to think of this child ? if your dad and parentts are like that imagine what could happen if you kept this child =/ you have to put the child first if you cant give it support love care and provide finacially for it then maybe you should end this before your parents find out. You should also talk with the dad before deciding anything because you both made this child. If you cant bring yourself to getting rid of it then you might just ahve to tell your parents but tell another responsible adutlt about your situation. You can always give it up for adoption or whatever. it sounds harsh or maybe a little far fetched but that child is more important right now Im here if you need to talk =]

Hi Chyenne Wow thats a lot of stuff to deal with!. Here in the UK we have quite a few groups that could maybe help but looking on the net at Idaho I am surprised that there seems very little other than groups like "lets all be a happy family together" groups. The last thing you need is to be directed to do anything! believe me that will cause more problems in the long run but finding someone who can help by supporting you to make your own decisions sounds a better bet. Do you have a doctor you can talk to or drop-in health clinics? They will have lots of experience in helping people like you. However at the end of the day the final decision will come down to you.

Emancipate yourself from your parents. Tell all your friends not to have unprotected sex just because they have daddy issues. Your 14, why are you sexually active? GET HELP FROM PLACES BESIDES EMO CHAT! Planned parenthood should be your first choice. Have someone you trust take you there. INb4 No one I can trust- its how I know this is all attention.
