So...I haven't done any self harm for months, n' the stuff I was doing was just a nail file. It didn't make me bleed or anything. Anyway, With all the stuff going on in my life, especially the death of my Grandpa, it's making me want to start again. I don't know what I want anymore. Weather I want to live or die. I don't know what to do anymore...

Just don't start again, it's hard enough quitting when you are addicted, but giving in will make it worse, the scars will show for the rest of the life. I don't know what i want either so i just let the days pass until i find out. It's not fun, but it's better than dying.

Thx. N' I know what you mean by the scars remain. I carved I HATE LIFE into my arm in 6th grade n' the scars still haunt me. It's hard to believe I had so much hatred that young.

Most self-harmer's start at a young age I mean, I was 9 when I first started. Some start at 10 some even start at 8, it's a horrible to go through. But I enjoy pain even though I know it's bad for me, I still cut. But don't give in, you have to be strong. I enjoy pain a LOT, its almost like a fetish... I started in the 3rd grade and just recently started getting to a good stopping point... What you do is a type of burning, I used to do it, and well the scars can get really bad, but they can fade... you just have to get 2nd degree sunburn... lol anyways don't give in because people do love you and in the end it will make you sooo much stronger... *huggles*

I feel so stupid. So I have this pocket knife, n' I was sitting in my room yesterday, n' I picked it up. I made myself bleed today. N' it felt good, but I feel like I let all you guys down. I'm sorry.

write poetry, run, play video games, anything is better than self harming, trust me, if you jog it still gives you a burning sesation in your muscles which can be painful, and it doesnt leave scars

I do write poetry. Nothing works. I haven't been in this deep of a depression for a long time, n' I haven't cut sine 6th grade...

Smash something, I know it sounds stupid, but smash something, smash glasses, plates, china spoons that come free with mugs, anything that isn't that precious or valuable & you can replace. It releases anger & just seeing something smashed & destroyed fulfills your satisfaction. It's much better than cutting yourself or crying. Just make sure to clean up afterwards x]

I agree with MonkeyButt about the smashing..it helps me..sometimes.. but yeah..I'm cutting since I was 10...I was like addicted..I quit 1 year ago and started again 5 months ago..averyday... now I try quit it again... listen to the guys..try the things they said..it helps..

sex helps too, lol just kidding, I wouldnt know that no but seriously like somebody said before, it's okay to cut, just lengthen the amount of time in between your periods of cutting... i went a week then two weeks before i cut again then it went back down to every day then jumped up to a month... you know?

All the time, my family is making me go insane. They keep on acting like I'm nothing n' I can't stand it. I want to die. I'm cutting everyday now...

I've been where you are seriously i have You have to try and think of the future Make something of yourself prove everyone wrong ! In 10 years time you can show everyone who you have become and be like suck it motha fuckka's ! Have you tried drawing over yourself in liquid red pen it helps so much seriously it does =]
