It's true that the chat can be a bit strict sometimes. It needs to loosen up an inch or two, but don't let it go out over Nick, he's been a mod the longest here and only does his job. The Mods are here for a reason. I mean they shouldn't control like dictators and if the problems aren't really big they should just ignore them, but they are here to keep the masses under control so the chat won't be anarchy. As for the mods it's everybody on the chat's job to keep an eye out and help people out if others are being douches on the chat and not just sit and watch. We all have to help each-other. Nick is a great mod, so don't go behind his back bashing him. It's not fair. It's not easy to be a Mod.

Yeah that's True and thanks Voltaire i am a Moderator couple of year's now 3 or 4..:) - beside's sometime's ban doesn't do the trick they come back with proxy , some new ip and start all over again, they Avoide rule's and Ban's! and that's even WORSE!

this kinda reminds me of an experience at an old site I was on. There were this group of Mods on this site, and everyone on the site was close so if someone came and joined that had no connections and didn't know anyone up there they were harrassed and messed with. also this group of Mods abused their power, one guy being the worst, they would find any little reason to ban you or get you in trouble, they would find ways of getting you to fight them. And they had some users that worshipped them because aslong as they were buddy buddy with the Mods they never got touched and practically got away with murder. It got so bad I ended up leaving and making my own site and managing my own Mods and made sure I and my group were the best Mods ever. I soon came back just to check on them and heard that the users on that site go so fed up that 14 users sent complaints to the owner, so the Mod that was the biggest abuser ended up being banned from Modding. I've been around almost as long as Nick(though not on this account) and to me he's a nice guy, ofcourse he may get alittle much when it comes to modding on the chat but I mean, everyone makes mistakes. atleast be glad he's not like these people on this old site and atleast he doesn't do it on purpose. I will say one thing, I remain nuetral, I am not taking neither sides in this matter because frankly I don't have enough info on this disagreement. But I mean, i'm just glad it's not like that old site (that later on the owner took down because there was so much drama up there after I left).

i would like to see proof of all these 15 people requestion my banishment. i would like to see proof of thes "10 or more" times ive been "abusive" to you. i would like to see ANY proof of me "terrorizing" the chat. once you kicked me for spam cuz i posted a link to my website ONCE. i do not understand how this is spam. me and Abandonship got in trouble for talking about coding? so if matt were to talk about himself coding this site would you harp at him?

but we werent in trouble for doing it, we were in trouble for talking of it. and its not "hacking" its using the same feature myspace does to theme profiles. when people theme myspace, does it offend the creators? no. is it even considered hacking? no. when you theme your desktop, is it hacking? no. we should be able to theme our own profiles, and if anything it draws attention to the website. its not being a problem, a total of like 2 users even do it. me and abandon ship. and i would say my profile looks very classy.

and, one of the main reasons i changed the fonts and stuff, is to make my profile easier to read. on a default profile, you have to highlight some links(view pics, view vids, add to friend, send message, and block user) to even know they are there. and i find the random white bar at the top to be annoying.

i respect matts work and i respect the time he took to do all this, but i knew i could improve on it a little bit at least for my profile and make links visible. i mean no harm in making links visible...
