This is Demi's song about when she went through rehab for self harm. When she cries, those are real tears, and after they stopped filming she broke down and couldnt stop crying. I heard it in French class on my friend's ipod and almost started to cry... then I heard it on a commercial on like channel 3 or something and I was like wow I've heard the song once, and I can already can recognise it that easily... now i cant stop listening to it
