Laying down in complete silence, Staring at the ceiling to keep out the violence, I hear my heart beating, but not as strong as it should, I'm nothing without you, And I'd die if I could. But that'd be wrong, Hypocritical of me, To do to them what you did to me, So I'll sit here in silence, And block out the violence. I want you to feel my heart, As it beats so slow, Slower and slower and slower it goes, My face turns white, I'm cold as snow. I try to move, nothing happens, I see your face laughing, Look what's happened. The darkness crushes me, Until I can't breathe, I give in to death. So you've won, What's your prize? My heart is still, My tears dry.
