Oh that I may find the one, The one- The one to whom I can say: Forever. “Forever yours Forever mine…” And hear it echoed by her voice…. Oh that I could find you… Not a mountain would be too high Not a hurdle too tall Not a journey too long Just us two, We would conquer all. Oh how I wish. How I wish that I would find The one that would ne’er let go That angels could not part from me, Nor demons pull away. Oh how I pray… Oh how I pray that together, Together you and me; You and I- Could manifest a love So sure, So fine, So sublime, That God would look upon us, And smile And say “This love is mine.” Oh can it be?
