Phoenix meets black bird Apr 23 2012, 10:51 AM

I see Black birds Singing melancholically The sound surrounds Their wings shield Engulfed In darkness- Protected from the light... The night envelops The stars dim Their explosions fruitless Their light pale The dark side of the moon Whole- Light I seek light Match Fire The light Warm Peaceful I touch it Unharmed. Stronger And stronger It grows Consumed I am Consumed: My hopes my dreams A fire That little light Deception I melt I turn to ash Yet- From the ashes a phoenix Arises- The black birds eaten- The sky alighted; I see the light....
