The shadow has a candle The sun, shadow is thee darkness Night clinging, gaining meter by meter Sacrificial slaves serving themselves on a silver platter Assist the Night From somewhere up above, a switch is flipped Twinkling lights peek out an eye from the depths A sign of hope The matches… that light our candles Lying in wait, to be ignited by sunrise. ~WolfieTheConqueror
