please don't yell at me or give me negative feedback, I'm trying to get help. I just wanted to say that I do cut, but I am trying to stop. I don't want to offend anybody o I thought I'd put it out there.

I'm proud of you. It's easier to stop for some than others. I used to cut as well and quit cold-turkey. I applaud you for your bravery and honesty as well.

atlest youtr trying to stop :) cutting really doesnt get anyone anywhere. ive stopped but i had been doing it for a good 2+ years, i know it can be hard to stop as it can become an addiction or it becomes a thing the brain instantly thinknig of when things are bad. But it can be done :) it helps having a reason to stop. Luckily i went councilling and they said if i cut during the 12 week period they would of had to call someone lol :)

I did it as well. But I stopped a year ago and now... I do it only in some situations if I really cannot think about anything else. But now I think I have control. It was very difficult to stop when I was addicted. but now. I don't need to do it at all. Well... Very important for you could be support from someone... A friend who will understand that it's not easy to stop cutting.
