So, recently broken up with my boyfriend.. of 2 years. I really really loved him and am not coping. Anyone know anyways of coping? Would get into the story, but it's complicated... and pathetic. Thanks guys!

i'm sorry to hear that i find distracting your mind works so listening music,walks/exercise ,art/drawing etc and giving each other space for abit. sometimes you can still be friends but it depends on how you both feel

As Kate said, the best thing to do is try and distract yourself. Do things that you enjoy, that can take your mind away from dwelling on it. :3

distract the mind is all i say really... keep yourself busy by liek going out with friends and whatnot :) try and not dwell over it all

^agreed, plus without possibly sounding harsh once you feel ready just be pro-active and get meeting new guys :)
