So who is actually bothered about Valentines Day? Please share your thoughts here... Personally I'm not majorly bothered about it because I can show my love any day of the year without all the hype of Valentines Day.

Yeah i agree with you Matt...everyone should be able to love and appreciate their significant other like any other day....i honestly don't understand why this day was created over a guy but not many people celebrate it from what i've seen.

happy valentines day nicities over... no i don't relly celebrate it to me its just another day were people are genrally more likley to be annoyingly nice or moody. I cant really understand why its so hyped up..after all if you love someone you dont just show it for 1 day of the year ... if you get what i mean forever alone xD

I agree that people should show their love for one another every day of the year. I never really had a boyfriend before this year so I'm regretably a little excited for it, however it's honestly not that big of a deal. Its not like We're going out to some fancy dinner, we just want to spend time together and eat candy. So basically what we do every day... Anyways, it never made my list of favorite holidays and just because I have a Valentine now doesn't mean it ever will. I still think its an ostentaneous holiday built for corporate profits.

Something I saw on TV once pretty well summed it up. It's a corporate holiday endorsed to use a combination of guilt and love to sell cards and candy. Depressing as it is I find it pretty true. I'm jumping on the "show love any day of the year" train.

well ive never had a proper Valentine... I tend to do the thing where our group of VERY SMALL friends be each others valentine cuz we're all that lame... Id like to have a proper valentines day but im like single 24/7 so I dont think it would happen...
