Hey guys... I kinda have a small bit of a problem that I wouldn't mind getting rid of. I'm a very shy person and I just want to be able to not feel so squeamish or bashful around others. Is there any way you guys could help me? If it's not to much to ask that is.

not a problem =] Firstly there's nothing wrong with being shy , it's natural for some people ... but try making light conversation with people ie 'hi ,how are you?' they don't always respond but it's a great way of starting a conversation and just relax , don't worry about what people think about you because at the end of the day your a unique individual and nobody can match that =] hope this helps you

as aid it is a natural thing we all have gotten shy or what not at some point. What i do is if a group of friend is talking to someone/some people i don't know i join them and see if i get into the conversation.... that's how i start of talking to people plus if things go wrong your friends are there :)

You really just have to try your best to overcome the shyness. Do everything to get involved in group situations no matter how shy you feel at first you will most likely feel fine at the end of the day.
