You never realise how much you hate yourself until you take a look at the mirror and see a monster... Anybody else ever feel this way?

Yes i know that feeling too and i had it for so long and sometimes still now but i learn to know that the monster is in my head and not me and that with the help of my friends i could slowly kill the monster inside of me.. Everyone is beautiful in their own ways.. And do not let yourself get to upset.. talk to someone about it :) I am here too for you <3 Xx Theresa

You only see a monster if you dont fully understand yourself. Everyone is different and everyone see differently for example you may see a monster but another will see a angel. Looks have nothing to do with who you are, its your action which define us.
