so i have an issuse here guys........... im always angry..... the docs certaion is depression... thought it was bi-polar but he think his wrong.... so ....like i can be sitting repairind a motorcycle.... then ill smash it up for no reason..... and i feel insercure! and always feel like something bad is going to happen!! help?

No..... Felt like this over 2/3 years.... And it's seems to get worse every single week that goes by..

Well... maybe reducing your stress levels if you getting stressed out a lot will help as stress can be a trigger with anger outburst or whatever you call them and just being as healthy as you can could help with it all too. I remember watching someone's post who has schizophrenia and is in a mental hospital and even he says a lot of people get better just by being eating healthy and exercise and it may be the same with you. Plus just keep seeking help.. at the end of the day, sitting around doing nothing is not going to solve it (not saying you are)
