I'll be your weight loss buddy! I could do with shifting a few unwanted pounds!

I'm on this really great diet- high protein, low carb/sugar and lots of exercise. I could really do w/ a weight loss buddy, too O: Keep me motivated and junk~

I only lost weight after a serious operation in hospital. It came back in the course of a year. Since then, I never lost or gained weight again. O.o

I need to lose some weight, just to try and go down a couple sizes. I'm alright with joining if it's fine with you.

Think we should get some sort of forum post going where we can all exchange experiences or tips or something? Or maybe even in this post! :P

I'm not on here often but if you need advice or help I'm here to message :) I've managed to lose pretty much 3 stone in about a year and im so happy with my progress... im now trying to tone up more :P Yet I will say this... that diet is the most important thing, exercise works very effectively ONLY IF you have the right diet to go with it. Exercising with the wrong diet/eating the wrong foods doesn't work and you won't see any results. Good Luck!!
