Im going to show this to my therapist about my mom. Im terrible with words and ive never been able to get her torment out, hopefully this proves enough for people to beliebe that shes really hurting me. I live in a dictatorship, Whatever you say happens. But wouldnt you love to know, I was never one to follow rules. My life is a warzone. The bombs you expell, Into my life, Make it feel like sheer hell. I can scream all i want, HELP! HELP! But its no use. For you are my mother, Theres no if ands or buts. They say I should do what you want, Regardless of the damage it will cause. But in all eyes I am the villian, Theres no standing up to you. Ill die in the gallows, Before ill ever get through to you. I used to run away from it all, But now theres no use. Theres nowhere to run except for in my head, And ill try and ill try, To not let your damage in there too. Its harder than it seems, Having solace oh so small, But it burns brightly, Someday it will conquer all.
