My day hmm... Social stuff , movies or hobbies . avoiding my second oldest brother now that he is back XD . Going out and having some drinks. Hanging with friends/ fam, Naps sometimes noted if it's a day off . work days sleep , clean around the house ect.. I work at night so I'm usually asleep durring the day unless I'm off. I naturally am a nightowl.

tons of caffeine, going to the gym or running, school, sometimes work, sleep, repeat.

Terrible because the way things are in my life, well, it becomes overwhelming. In the past, as an INTJ, I have had patterns of both ascetic-like neglect of my needs and overindulgence of my needs. I have not had the latter happen to me for quite some time...
