Hey to the person that keeps reporting some very old inactive users I just want to let you know some are being removed, but only after the users have been contacted. Some have logged back in once they have been contacted. If they do not reply within a certain time frame their account is removed.

It varies really. Some people actually respond and ask for their account to be kept up even if they don't login anymore.
