yea no ai "music" isnt even musik in the 1st place its either jus noise or stolen stuff which stealing is bad so uh yeh fucj ai nd ai "music" frick dat 2... any human-made music is gonna b 10x better than ai bs even if its the shittiest musix evr nd like if u rly arent that creative 2 make music by urself then dont

TBH I think it depends on intent and what its going to be used for honestly. If you have access to money/the creative minds to make music yet use AI anyways I think thats bad. If you use AI music for monetary gain I think thats bad. However if its only to make some shitty little meme song or demo something then I personally dont see a problem. I think its good to get consent from artists to train AI on their songs also but again this is sort of a morally grey as most songs are inspired from another artist and as long as its not blatantly stealing that persons style I think its a bit of a weak argument.

I know a lott of people get very fired up on the whole AI art/music topic and i used to be the same. While i try and actively not use AI myself im not going to throw a hissy fit over someone else using it. Unless its for monetary gain or being passed off as human made theres no issue in my books.

It sucks completely. What's the point of listening to music, especially emo music, if you aren't feeling the pain and emotions of the musicians that created it? Do you really want to listen to music you couldn't possibly relate to as a human or as a person? AI takes everything that makes music important, connection, community, and throws it out the window. Music isn't just sound, it's created with a purpose to deliver emotion and storytelling in an enjoyable way that lets you connect with and relate to someone else's experience. AI music could never compare.

My thoughts on this are,first of all ofcourse I disagree with music being stolen - that's disgusting and lazy - and I don't think ai music can be made without stealing music, and 2nd it's just degrading to musicians and all the work that goes into making a song. You use the argument that people who don't have talent could find use in it but no one's just born musically talented in my opinion. It takes time, effort and passion to learn how to play an instrument or write lyrics and even sing. If people aren't willing to put in that work to make music they should probably find some other career path. Ai music is just an insanely lazy way to put soulless slop "music" out into the world without putting in any effort.
