Had a guy off himself because of his problems. We weren't close but we were classmates in High School. Always kept to himself but when I was bullied. He'd come shuffle his way to the corner lunch table and make sure I was okay. He had a thing for the beach. He was never able to go because he came from a poor household out in the country. But one time he asked me what was it like. I told him. It was something that when you stepped into it all you felt at peace with everything around you and that my favorite part was when the tide would start coming in and waves would get a little more rough. He smiled and said "well at least one day I'll get to go. After we all graduated he went to go work for some factory and start getting his shit together as we were all shifting into the world with responsibilities. Come to find out I heard from another old buddy of mine. He shot himself on a Saturday night at the age of 20. He didn't leave a letter behind and he had just put a down payment on a house. Never had a girlfriend, his parents are now dead and no one fooled with him. 

Every time I have the privilege of going down to the shore of any shore, he comes to mind. That moment at the lunch table. Because if he would have kept living. He would have been able to see what I was talking about and maybe then things inside of his mind would have gotten better for him.

My point being. Forget the walls and darkness. Always know that the suns and moons show us their selves even when things are bad. Life isn't that hard when you tune out the noise and find peace within yourself. Even if you have problems mentally.
