I still know people who buy cds, but for convenience, storage and sharing digital makes more sense. I'm ok with tattoos if sales staff in a shop have them then as long as they serve me with good service i don't really care, plus i would like one on my arms one day. Not sure what i want yet though. If you really want i can upload an old band track to the soundcloud and you can compare it! I just want to get views of music lovers in general, not musicians or artists, so i get a proper accurate opinion on what the fans might want. I would've thought downloads killed cd sales? Lol, if i had more space to store them i would. I think they said in a company statement they wanted 'staff to look presentable'. Don't see how a few tattoos doesn't cohere to that. Its a good sign, yeah, this new band i feel is better though so we'll see how they react to that! Yeah i even applied for work in there once. But they didn't call. People still buy cds nowadays? Like current chart ones not compilations and old ones lol. Yeah they have to cover them up, which is stupid as the rock scene is tattoo influenced, so why ban them in the workplace that sells music? They like my old band so that's encouraging. And it depends how you plug the band lol, and if your music is good! My local HMV has closed down cos of this, and i can see more shutting down due to online sharing, iTunes, even play.com Have you seen that new policy where they won't let staff show tattoos? I haven't shown many people them, but i have fans from a previous band i was in, i would like to think they will like the new songs. Most of the people on here would like it too i would hope. If forced to buy something then yeah lol. I just think stores like HMV suffer cos of free downloads. They are but not everything in life comes for free! Well this is dependant on how writing is going. And by then we should hope to have released a page, so it shouldn't make a difference lol. At the moment we don't have any fans to know what our target audience would be lol. Teenagers and young adults i'd presume. What if you don't like coffee like me? Cos i make music i can relate to where both sides are coming from. Everyone wants everything for free though these days, esp music and any kind of media. Yeah out of all the people i've played the samples to its been a vote of 4 for Raise Your Glasses to 2 for City Lights. We may be going back in February to record another 2 songs we've written, so there'll be more tracks! It can, depends what fanbase you have and how seriously you want to be taken lol. So its about striking the right balance. If you go to a market stall and get imported cds or something they're usually around that mark. Its basically a comparison between a coffee from a shop and an mp3, slating why people would pay for the coffee which took seconds to make, lasts a few minutes and the materials didn't cost much, rather than an mp3 which took weeks/months to make, lasts forever and something else lol. Oh wow you're like one of two people who prefer City Lights, Raise Your Glasses seems to be the more popular but its good feedback. Lol well, i am a bit weird but i think i've seen a real beard before miss :p x

Band activity lol, serious stuff. Or maybe, lack of it, stupid stuff haha, that can put people off though. I remember when cds used to be £15.99! Its definitely changed. Cos i get most of my music off iTunes 79p a track of £7.99 an album is fair to me. Have you seen that comparison picture between recorded music and a cup of coffee? Glad you like them, what track did you prefer most? I know its only a sample but you get some of the choruses lol. Depends who it is and what the content is. Too much talking though and it gets boring, in my view. Lol same but yeah i just don't have any space now, the third of the Green Day trilogy albums is out next Monday so that will be digital too. Its difficult cos i'm an artist too who makes an distributes music. £9.99 from the artist view is fair cos the amount of money we put into recording it. But from the consumer i can see how people don't want to pay. iTunes albums are generally £7.99 which is about right. I will inbox you a soundcloud containing 40 sec samples of the recordings we did! We've tried to keep it short n sweet cos for unknown bands people won't want to watch 3 minutes of just talking. Lol i never liked it cos songs were put in wrong places unless you had the correct album titles and artist name. Yeah me too but due to space i have to go digital, ¡Uno! and ¡Dos! were my first Green Day albums i downloaded and didn't buy a cd. Weird. Yeah i've seen albums for £9.99! The samples are ready! Do you want some? Lol. Lol i dunno, guess i don't really stand out. Haha if you say so, you're not too bad yourself :p I wish i could but i'd look stupid.
