I'm almost four days clean I'm trying to change the way I've been treating myself. Maybe it'll help me change how I treat others. Today is also the second day I haven't starved myself. Last week I ate about one meal per day, usually less. I didn't have an appetite. But I'm changing now. I can do this x

I'm sorry to everyone who cut but you are ALL beautiful and shouldnt hurt yourselves like this you are all so much stronger. I know exactly what you are on about matt i self harm because i feel worthless and alone and like no one gives me the time of day but he calls me everyday tells me im beautiful everyday and puts up with me moaning all the time. I havent cut since i've been with him he's helping me stop so in fact in some cases it does work others it doesnt and in mine maybe it is gonna save me

Riri, that's wonderful :') Let's see... it's been about a week now :) I've been reading a book that's been helping me with my anxiety issues, and that's also helped with the self-harming, because the anxiety causes depression which causes me to self-harm. One big chain reaction
