Anyone here do yoga? I think I'm gonna start... it'll help me relax, concentrate, and feel better. I've done it once before, and it felt very nice

I can do a bit of stretching before martial arts and things like that, but yoga takes the piss! :L

I learned a spot of yoga doing martial arts training as well. It's pretty sweet... I don't think it's particularly relaxing, but that's just cuz I'm not normal... XD

I don't really find yoga relaxing cuz I concentrate too hard on making every move perfect :L but I love it, and it's great for helping me be more flexible ^^ I've been too busy to do much recently, but after my Theatre practical exam, I'm hoping to start again ^^ You should certainly give it a shot :D

Lol @Brandiiee: yeah I've done pilates before, those are nice too ^^ The only yoga pose I know by heart is the tree one lol

i have a yoga class and its pretty tiresome but totaly worth it cause it gets you pumped for the day and streched out. also toned up and healthy, highly recomend:)

I have a friend who started yoga and it totally boosted her creativity and while doing yoga came up with a novel which she has now PUBLISHED lol :)
