I need help....AGAIN....What is it with me and needing help I mean seriously...Okay anyway...Lately I have just been wanting to curl up in a little ball and crying....Like my eyes will just start randomly tearing up and I have to fight the tears back.....Plus I have been trying so hard not to cut....Like really I just wanna die (quit not literally) but IDK how to stop wanting to curl up and cry my life away (I know everyone is saying "What life?") Please someone help me....

I've been there. Just sitting in your bedroom, crying & you just can't seem to stop. You just need to comfort yourself. I know it might sound silly but take a really fluffy pillow & your fav stuffed animal & rock yourself. That way it feels like you have a person there with you cuddling you, rocking you to sleep. Trust me, it feels much better. After 2-3 days of doing that I became alright, also I had a job as babysitter so it took my mind of things <33 I hope I helped xx I'm always here like everyone else is if you just wanna talk [:

hun,ive been there the best thing is to jus seround ur self with ur friends and jus try to have fun and try to destarct ur self with thing when u feel like cutting,and its not gunna be easy but just try,and if u ever want some one to talk to im here

I've been there too... -hug- ....I agree with MonkeyButt ..that's the only thing that helps me....but really..staying with friends and trying to be ok...never helped me...they just can't understand me sometimes...the friends I made on soEmo are the only who can really understand me...most of the times.. and most of the times I hang out with the friends that are in my town..I try to be strong..but I can't and I end in the toilets in some cafe crying..and then just come out and pretend to be ok =/ I just wanna say if you ever wanna talk to someone I'm here for you!x <33

I know what you mean, I've become pretty good at fighting the tears back, especially around others... you can do a number of things to help, some already stated... 1. like monkey said comfort yourself 2. let the tears come, sometimes people get so overwhelmed with life that they need a good cry to get all the emotion out, its healthy and certainly doesnt make you weak 3. distract your mind, you might not know why your crying but getting your mind away from the raw emotion is always good 4. go for a walk/jog... running has the same endorphin release as cutting 5. talk to somebody, along with crying it out, is the only way to truly get past bad feelings, I'm here if you'd like to talk
