Looks good and you get better by practice and viewing other works you like and seeing whats wrong with your art in comparison to how you want your art to look. I hope that helps. :)

NOBODY can get eyes even, they're really hard to do [: That looks really good :] The hair is simple but the nose & smile look really awesome-tastic!:D Practice makes perfect! ♥

Heyyyy I draw a lot (mostly anime) and yeah, eyes are SUPER hard to get even. You're really good at shading! Other than that, just study other people's work and try to practice a lot. I've been drawing for almost six years in this style and I'm still trying to make my skills better! :)
