headphones..turn music on...and lose control...[when I say lose control I don't mean do anything bad] .......but the only thing it's really helping me tho is cutting -sighs- :( .... I hope you feel better, Jess!<33

Ear phones definatly with the volume loud,to block out all bad thoughts, deep breathing to calm down and brandy if you realy cant calm down though only a very small amount. I hope you feel better ♥

When I'm REALLY mad, I draw a picture of the person I'm mad at and then stab the drawing repeatedly until the paper is demolished.
