Exercising improves your mood Oct 19 2011, 03:45 PM
If you didn't already know this is a proven fact, so if you get down try and exercise. Go for a run, do some situps, pressups, etc. As well as lifting your mood and making you feel better about yourself, it is also good for your health of course! :)

Yeah I knew that already, and its true :) It releases stress and ur body releases natural hormones that make you happy xD
