improve the site for Moblie phones. Add an Art Section/gallery OOOO and Impove chat so you dont timeout as much <3333333333333333333

Thanks and I was doing some work on a mobile version of soEmo.co.uk earlier. I will concentrate on that for a bit even though it's quite a big job.
