I normally go for the old music trick myself. But then i just end up being led it bed singing to myself... And there's reading...but then i get really into my book and stay up for hours. How do you guys nod off?

i nowadays normally light up a candle i have this nice oil holder think which were you place the candle they've carved out a moon and stars so when i place a candle is its soo nice and i do sometimes put some solitude.ambient music on :3

normally music and a book..but as before you end up with lyrics stuck in your head or staying up till you can no longer read or finnish the book.. I used to find having a warm drink containing milk ie hot chocolate helped idk why though

I can't sleep without my music. I might just get 5 hours with it, but without it I'm lucky to get 2 hours...

Well I have Insomnia so I can't really help you but after I eat I sleep like a rock :3 sometimes. But other than that music, warm milk, and make sure you're REALLY and I mean REALLY tired. Mkay c:

I just take as many sleep tablets as i can without overdosing.....

To be quite honest, I feel quite sleepy after having sex xD But if I'm not over at my boyfriend's place, I often read or listen to music :)
