So this guy that I've dated on and off have been talking since like the beginning of November. We've dated two or three times, and he means a lot to me, but I always end up playing him. It's always unintentional, but I'll lead him on like I want to get back together and then something will happen and I'll tell him no when he asks me back out. Anyways, my best friend told me that he was talking to this girl from my soccer team. I talked to him about it and he wants to date her. I told him that he should, because he deserves to be happy, but I feel like that should be me and that I was stupid.

we'll we all make mistakes.. yes it does seems you was leading him on due to the fact it seems you didn't know what you wanted. He's probably moved on now so I'll suggest to move on too and just focus on yourself. Maybe you're not really for a relationship at the moment.

I'm like that with all my relationships. I unintentionally play the guy that I'm with and then when I realize it, it's too late. He's moved on, but at the same time I'm pretty sure that if I told him I wanted to get back with him he'd take the opportunity immediately. But him and this girl are happy so far, and she even talked to me about it, so I'm happy. (:
