so my boyfriend and I have been dating for 10 months now. One day at school everyone kept telling me, " did you hear that your boyfriend is cheating on you?!" At first I didn't believe them, because I knew he loved me with all his heart. I texted him asking if the rumor was true. He said," Yeah, she's not depressed and she isn't suicidal like you, sorry." I felt so heart broken because he was the only one who understood me. I found out today that he cheated because I didn't have sex with him, but a few months back I told him that I don't want to because my depression makes me dislike things like that. Please help anyone, how do I forget him and move on?:(

tbh the truth is u never forget, and moving on is really hard, but tbh if he is gonna cheat on u he wasnt worth having around in the first place, right now ur probably thinking its ur fault but its his fault for being a douche(sorry if thats a bit harsh) any way, for me i get over people by moving on to a less serious relationship, something just for fun. its probably the thing u feel least like doing but if u just lie in bed feeling bad, ur never gonna get over him. hope this helped ^.^

From experience, I will tell you its going to be extremely hard, especially when dealing with depression and being betrayed by the person you thought you could trust most. Time will help - but only slightly. The best thing to do is find something to distract yourself. Find something that you enjoy doing, that will take your mind off of it. So when you do think about it, it will hurt less. Being hurt by someone you loved is an awful feeling, so I wish you the best with dealing with it.
