The Sakura Bloom As your petals flow you slowly lean into the sunlight, Trying to gather all the lovely rays As bright pink shines in the morning gleam of the day. But as time passes by, Your petals begin to slowly wilt and die. And gently slip into into the grass withering in the weeds near. You are carried away in the soft grace of the wind. And as your petals flow, You slowly become forgotten in the nighttime glow. And maybe when someone walks by the trail of life, They marvel at the sight of the Sakura Bloom. And take in the beauty of the earth, not taking it for granted.
