hello! i'm mono (or alyson) - i'm pretty chill, but shy around new people. i accept all friend requests though! i'm not very good with keeping convos going or responding to messages, but i promise it's nothing personal. i'm usually just forgetful or don't know what to say. you're still welcome to send me a message though, i read most of them :)
some STUFF about me:
- i'm pokemon-obsessed! it's a lifelong hyperfixation of mine. my first pokemon game was X, my current favorite is Legends Arceus, and i've played most of the side games. my favorite pokemon is shiny Braixen. i'm a huge fan of the PMD series too, Braixen is my Pokken main, and Zeraora is my Unite main.
- i love monster and totally don't make it my personality! my top 3 monsters are Khaotic, Ultra Paradise, and Ultra Violet.
- i skate quad skates, but i've been trying to work on learning to ride my skateboard better. i'm not very good at it right now :')
- i'm an artist!! i mostly do character concept/design-type stuff, i have a habit of making OCs only to never use them again lol
- i like a variety of emo and goth music, but i'm into several rock/metal subgenres in general. i'm willing to listen to anything that isn't country, kpop, or hyperpop.

- i love Sarah J. Maas' works and Cassandra Clare's The Mortal Instruments. i'm a sucker for fantasy and sci-fi, and especially love vampires (not Twilight, good god), werewolves, kitsuné, demons, fae, angels, etc.
- i like tons of anime, but i mostly enjoy action and fantasy anime with lots of fighting. my current top 5 are Kill la Kill, Konosuba, Blue Exorcist, No Game No Life, and Kakegurui.
- my top 3 anime characters are Ryuko Matoi, Megumin, and Rin Okumura
