I've been cutting myself in the school bathrooms these past 5 years, my foster parents have been sending me to the psychiatrists but I mean how the fuck are theysupposed to help? I only cut myself because the physical pain hurts a lot less than the pain inside.

Thanks everyone it is the thought that counts nice to know you all care just feel really alone and i cant get on here as much now because of school and my job it does actually suck. I want to stop but that person in my head wont let me >.<

I've been self harming since i was 12, so about 13 years :( I hate the fact i do it but its a way of coping with all the shit.

Im helping out in a school as an art assistant. I just get good days for a few days or a week or 2 then just something triggers me and im so low that i just lose it at myself

have you tried keeping your blade on handy, just so you know that if you need to its there... I did that and after a few times of cutting in the bathroom stall just having the blade there with me comforted me
